Age: at least 21 years old
Must hold Electrical certificate or diploma in area of technical specialty
Three or more years’ progressive technical experience and training in the electrical field
Must complete one full contract, with a performance rating of satisfactory or above
Language skills: English – advance level – MANDATORY
Additional language skills preferred: German, Italian, French, Spanish etc.
Contract: 8 months
Vacation: 2 months
Salary: minimum monthly guaranteed salary
Facilities on board: free of charge offered by the Company (accommodation, meals, medical services)
Accommodation: shared double cabin
Work schedule: 7 days/week, 10 hours/day (shifts)
Embarkation costs: depending on ship/itinerary (medical files, required visas)
Job Cruise FEE: NO FEE for recruitment/embarkation process
Repairs electrical equipment
in guest and crew cabins.
Assists the Assistant
electrician 2 and Assistant electrician 3 with the repair of vacuum cleaners,
electrical tools, and electronic equipment etc.
Maintains good order in the
electrical workshops including tools.
Familiar with the AVO System.
Familiar with AMOS Maintenance
System.
Maintains and repairs of all
electrical equipment in the galleys, pantries, bars, etc.
Maintains and repairs of crew
laundry equipment.
Assists the 1st Electrical
Engineer with spare parts ordering and inventory.
Assists the Electrical
Engineers with the training of Assistant electrician 1, Assistant electrician 2
and Assistant electrician 3.
