Minimum requirements

Trade Qualified or Industry related University Degree.

Knowledge of common technical terms related to electrical, plumbing and HVAC.

Knowledge of Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook is essential.

Experience with using issue tracking databases or CMMS advantageous. 

Highly observance, ability to note and report on defects and problem areas.

Ability to follow instructions and have a positive attitude to work.

Ability to work in team.

Fluent English.

Contract details

  • TAX FREE € Salary – to be discussed
  • Contract: 12 months renewable
  • Vacation: 2 months - paid
  • Working hours: 8 hours per day, 6 days a week
  • LIVE OUT – Accommodation (single and double occupancy) and meals – provided free of charge (for those accommodated outside estate 25% allowance on top of salary as an allowance to find an apartment and transportation is provided free of charge); only married couples can share accommodation
  • Facilities (gym, pool, laundry for personal clothes and towels etc.)
  • Strict rules regarding social behavior and grooming (no smoking, no alcohol, no drugs, inside the estate crew will need to wear uniforms and outside the estate girls will have to wear an abaya – no need to cover face or hair; men can wear shorts up to their knees and polo shirts with short sleeve)

This role is a team role. You must always assist your team if needed and respond to requests promptly.
You must maintain very good communication with your team.  Sharing information is key.


Is rostered on in one of 3 daily rotating shifts, generally working as part of a technical team.
Receives calls about various technical problems, records them using spreadsheets or other software, and communicates them to technicians via email or phone, who are dispatched to resolve the problems.
Should be flexible, willing to help in the maintenance team with non-help Storeman issues, such as moving equipment, performing other administrative duties or helping on other odd jobs, as required.
Performs inventory of goods, signing in and out of goods.
Sources goods online and in local markets.
Picks up materials, keeps equipment and store rooms in a good clean condition.
