Proven experience
and track record as an HR manager in the hospitality industry.
Good command of
Labour laws, regulations and government processes.
Experience in these
areas is considered an asset: international recruitment, international
mobility, competency-based HR processes.
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resources
Management or relevant field
Advanced level of
technical proficiency and computer literacy (MS Office).
Ability to write reports and procedures, and
communicate with partners and high-level executives.
Fluency in Arabic will help make the difference.
Fluent English.

This role is a
managing role but also hands-on. You

Responsible for
managing the needs of a large team including wellbeing, logistics,
accommodations, uniforms, inductions and general support.
Responsible for the
day-to-day management of staff accommodations, their general upkeep and
logistics.
Directly manages a team of +/- 10 people, including an
assistant staff manager.
Provides clear direction, prioritizes tasks, assigns
and delegates responsibility and monitors the workflow.
Maintains very good communication with team,
department heads and management in order to run department smoothly.
